These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Life Restored Appliance Services LLC ("Company" or "We") and the customer ("Customer" or "You") regarding the appliance repair services provided by the Company. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We offer professional appliance services for a variety of household and commercial appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers. Our services encompass diagnosis, service, and maintenance of appliances.
To request our services, you may contact us through our website. We will schedule a service appointment at a mutually agreed-upon time. Please provide accurate and complete information about the appliance in need of service, including its make, model, and the nature of the problem.
Our service fees are determined by various factors to include but not limited to: the type of appliance, the brand of appliance, appliance accessibility, the extent of the service needed, and any replacement parts required. The non-refundable diagnostic/service fee is due upon arrival at the initial scheduled visit and prior to the technician beginning the diagnostic service. You will learn of the diagnosis after the diagnostic/service fee payment has been received. You will be provided a quote / estimate to authorize before the technician conducts any service work. The non-refundable part(s) and/or materials cost deposit is due after you have authorized the service quote / service estimate. Total remainder payment is due upon completion of the service(s), and we accept cash, certified check, and credit/debit cards for forms of payment.
1.1 **Diagnostic fee authorization: You authorize and agree to pay the non-refundable diagnostic/service fee. You understand that if you choose to have the technician service your appliance(s) that the diagnostic/service fee will go toward the total cost of service.
1.2 **Parts authorization: You authorize the non-refundable amount of funds requested and presented to you on the quote/invoice to purchase parts and/or materials for the appliance referenced on your quote and invoice. You understand that this deposit will go toward the final cost of service.
1.1 **30 Days Parts and Labor Limited Warranty**: We provide a limited warranty for 30 days from the date of completion of the service. This warranty covers both parts and labor related to the specific service performed. If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period due to our workmanship or the parts replaced, we will service it at no additional cost.
1.2 **Exclusions**: Our warranty does not cover the following:
a. Services not performed by our technicians.
b. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents.
c. Normal wear and tear.
d. Services unrelated to the original service call.
1.3 **Warranty Claim**: To make a warranty claim, you must notify us within the warranty period and provide the original invoice or receipt. We will schedule a service appointment to assess and address the issue covered under warranty.
You agree to the following responsibilities:
a. Provide accurate information about the appliance and the problem.
b. Ensure a responsible adult is present during the service appointment.
c. Clear and reasonably safe access to the appliance and the work area for our technicians.
d. Payment for services rendered as per our fee schedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
We strive to provide quality services, but we are not responsible for any damage to property or appliances that may occur during the servicing process, unless it results from our negligence.
We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information. Your personal information will neither be sold nor shared with anyone who is not assisting or performing appliance services for your benefit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State/U.S.A., and any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Orchard City/Kitsap County.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
